GMC Sprint 1977
The GMC Sprint was made from 1971 to 1977 as the GMC cousin of the Chevrolet El Camino. After 1977, it was re-badged as a Caballero; that was produced until 1987. Both were co-models of the Ford Ranchero utility coupe pickup.
This 1977 two tone model, with added custom wheels, is presented as a relaxed view 3d stereograph.
Note - this may be a 1976, as that was that year that stacked rectangular headlights were first used.

Appealing Dodge 1950 pickup truck
Awaiting restoratives, this 1950 Dodge pickup truck shows off its typography and design elements:
The front and side signage uses different font styles.
The hood ornament is the "leaping ram":

| Three quarters (plus a dime) view |
A three quarters view of a Ford 5 window coupe from 1935, all dressed in black. Except for the changing of the rear wheels from wires to hubs, this classic car is as it was. Even though it is parked, the shape and silhouette make it seem like it is moving.
N.B. according to the stats, this is No. 500. Already?

N.B., both this two door beauty, and the restaurant, are gone. The car - sold? the eatery - renamed?
This car was styled by an independent design consultancy led by George Walker; rather than doing the designs himself, he selected from the designs developed by the team and presented those to Ford. Their first design appeared as the 1949 model year. That included the "spinner" front grille and FORD letters across the front hood. For the 1950 model year, the FORD letters, which would come loose, were replaced by the crest (coat of arms),

Chevrolet jets
Chevrolet used an eagle headed jet airplane as a hood ornament in the late 1950s. Below that was the "vee" logo or the Chevrolet coat of arms.
The winglets on these "jets" predate the appearance of winglets on airplanes by several decades.
