Chevrolet used an eagle headed jet airplane as a hood ornament in the late 1950s.  Below that was the "vee" logo or the Chevrolet coat of arms.

 

The winglets on these "jets" predate the appearance of winglets on airplanes by several decades.

The font type for this 1971-72 Chevrolet Chevelle trunk lid emblem is based on a series of vertical swoops.  In previous years, they used an italic script.

This Chevrolet Styleline, possibly a 1951, has an exquisite metallic green paint job to match the clean body work and mirror finish chrome.

In this relaxed view 3d stereogram, the metallic green paint nicely shows off the body lines.  Note that the headlights have the yellow lens at the bottom.

A Chevrolet Chevy Van, possibly a 1964 vintage, for sale.  Put some air in the right rear and you have perfectly good "rat rod".

This "rat rod" is probably a Chevrolet Bel Air from 1953.  Maybe.  It is hard to tell because most of the identifying chrome work has been removed.  The hubcaps are painted red / black on the front, and, white / black on the rear.
