The sun-fading of the wall paint is made evident when the original color paint is used to touch up the wall around the door. 

It appears that the touch up painter did not cover up the rust streaks below the door.

That electrical utility cover has a 15 x 15 rectangle cross hatch pattern.  The oval emblazoned with ELECTRIC SERVICE and a lightning bolt provide ready identity.
