That looks like some weird insectroid space alien.
Was the vehicle hovering in position, or are we seeing motion (i.e., the streaks)?
Can you say where this was (or when) without revealing any non-revealable information?
The vehicle was moving. This was taken at an undisclosed location. Camera settings recorded the beam formation and pattern in good detail. Some flaring appears around the vehicle due the camera sensitivity to IR.
