Drippy penmanship

Lance?  Vance?  Birdfoot?

Using too much paint on  a vertical surface can result in unsightly drips.  A hurried stroke leads to the reader wondering what was written.  Maybe that is what this graphito meant to happen when they tagged the side of this trademan's van?

The paint dripping down from the spots looks like three floating balloons and their strings.
