Short a cup

 
What seemed like a case of smallification turned out to be a packing error.

Only $1.25 for 45

 
The label shows a "45 COUNT" but there are 30 cups.  And the package is sealed.

How did that get past the quality inspections?

    Wow is right - I am surprised that got past QA or the cameras.

      I would expect a shorted stack - 44 cups, etc. - but a whole stack?
