Laughing clowns

Meet three of the clowns at the The Balloon Water Race.  This one had just three types of clown heads; different paint schemes make them look different.

    I am not sure if they are laughing or jeering? But a steady stream from a water gun will shut them up, and maybe even get them to blow their top!
